visiting my girlfriend Julia, who just moved to Barcelona for work.
Of course we made a weekend trip to Andorra.
On my way back home, I visited Monaco and Liechtenstein for a one-night-activation.
Why not active from Andorra? Well I have been at the PTT office and they handed me an application form. I ask, wow, is it that easy now ? she said, well, you apply, and there is a club meeting twice a year, and the club decides who will have a license. not the PTT. thanks. CEPT shouldn’t be a one way street for some….
